The museum of natural history of Pomos is found in the centre of the village Pomos, next to the sea and near to the river of the village which ends up to the sea. It is a special and unique in its type  museum in the province of Pafos (Paphos). The fauna of our island is exposed in the museum. Moreover it also exposes the depiction of the two most important biotopes of the island, that of the Pafos (Paphos) forest and that of Larnaka's (Larnaca's) salt march. In the museum is also accommodated a big collection by embalmed migratory birds which are passing from the island. Furthermore, there are exposed various rocks and minerals from various regions of Cyprus.
