Pork Afelia
Ingredients:
(Serves 4)

2 kg pork
Salt
Pepper
Crushed coriander
Cumin seeds (optional)
1 cup wine
¾ cup oil

Preparation:

Cut the meat into cubes and marinate in wine, salt, pepper and coriander. (cumin).
Heat the oil in a casserole, strain the meat, place in the casserole and cook until crisp and brown.
Remove the excess oil and add the marinade and the wine.
Cover the casserole and cook adding some water when necessary.
Serve with bulgur pilaf or potatoes.
