\nIn this concert, the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Yiorgos Kountouris shares the stage with the new generation, hosting two young rising soloists: the charismatic 14-year-old violinist Ela Kallides and the amazing 16-year-old pianist Panagiotis Drakopoulos.
\n 
\nThis collaboration is made even more special by a programme of pure romanticism featuring works by Franz Liszt, Pablo de Sarasate and Maurice Ravel in which emotions and passion are given full reign, and a piece by Cypriot composer George Kolias for good measure.<\/p>\n

Ela Kallides will give us her own interpretation of the scintillating gypsy spirit through the works Gypsy airs<\/em> by the Spanish composer Pablo de Sarasate and Tzigane<\/em> by the French composer Maurice Ravel.<\/p>\n

Panagiotis Drakopoulos will be interpreting the 1st<\/sup> Piano concerto by Franz Liszt, a highly demanding work, both emotionally and technically.
