To propose a wide range of cultural and artistic expression with the aim of bringing citizens into contact with internationally reputable artists and cultural organisations.\n3. To propose cultural activities that promote acceptance and inclusion regardless of nationality\, age\, gender\, colour\, religion\, sexual orientation\, etc.\n4.
