SUMMARY:Join us in the making of AUTHENTIC Palouze\, & Soutzioukko as well as other traditional products made of 100% Grape Juice\,  By the  to stafyli allws pws to ARSOS Village.
DESCRIPTION:In the workshop the visitors will be able to watch and participate in the making process of traditional products that are made of grape juice such as palouze and soutzioukou. Because plenty amount of time is needed for this process\, a competition will be conducted during the procedure (the person whothread the most nuts for the soutziouko winsor making the most dough cookies).\n	 \n	The whole procedure of palouze and soutziouko will be carried out on Saturday at specified dates and times while the other products such as grape syrup\, grape jam and retzelia will be made alternately. On Sunday we will make palouze only.\n	 \n	All visitors will be treated with our products\, also they will learn about the health benefits of our products and how they can include them in their diet. In addition they will be able to buy them at the workshop.\n	 \n	p.s. SUMMARY:Filigree Jewellery workshop
DESCRIPTION:After arriving at our workshop\, visitors will first be informed about the history of Cypriot jewellery with a historical review of the filigree technique from ancient times\, the glorious period of its making in Lefkara village\, the limited activity of Cypriot silversmiths today and the reason behind the creation of our workshop Then there will be a tour in the workshop and an explanation of the machines as well as a comparison with the ancient construction method. After the tools that each visitor will have on his counter will be explained and with\n\n		the guidance of Eleni\, the construction of a complete filigree jewellery will begin.
