DESCRIPTION:Simou AgroFest is a celebration of Cyprus’ rural heritage\, dedicated to local agricultural products\, traditional gastronomy\, culture and the rich traditions of the village of Simou. \nVisitors will have the opportunity to discover a wide variety of locally produced goods through farmers’ stalls\, taste authentic traditional delicacies and enjoy a selection of local food and drinks throughout the day. \nThe festival will feature live traditional music by Stefanos Pelekanis and his band\, performances of traditional Cypriot dances\, and live radio broadcasting by Zenith FM. \nThe programme also includes an exhibition of traditional farming tools and farm animals\, a photographic exhibition showcasing the history of Simou village\, and guided village tours. \nFamilies can enjoy train rides and horse riding\, while visitors will have the chance to watch live demonstrations of traditional crafts\, including basket weaving\, rope-tying techniques\, komboloi (worry beads) making\, reed flute (pithkiavli) crafting and traditional weaving. \nA special attraction will be the live preparation of the traditional Cypriot sweet Kattimerka by Chrysso Lefou\, offering visitors an authentic taste of Cyprus. \nSimou AgroFest aims to promote the agricultural wealth\, hospitality and cultural heritage of rural Cyprus\, offering an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.

With original singles\, raw energy\, and a fresh sound\, they are set to kick off the evening in style. \nThey will be followed by Cilia\, one of the most promising rising stars of the new Greek music scene. Her viral single “Vanilia” has already become one of the soundtracks of the summer\, playing everywhere from beach bars to late-night parties.
