Subsidized Vacation Scheme from
1st of May 2022 to 31st of July 2022
 
The Deputy Ministry of Tourism, upon approval of the Council of Ministers, announces the Subsidized Vacation Scheme for the period from 1st of May 2022 to 31st of July 2022.
 
The Scheme is primarily aimed at encouraging vacation planning in Cyprus via:
 
(a) the provision of affordable prices by the tourist establishments
(b) the partial subsidization of the accommodation cost 
 
Beneficiaries of the Scheme are all permanent residents of Cyprus.  
 
The tourist establishments (Hotels, Organized Apartments, Tourist Villages, Agrotourism Establishments) that participate in the Scheme offer the maximum price of 100 euro per diem for a double room, including breakfast.
 
From the 1st of May to the 9th of June 2022 (included), the minimum stay will be 2 nights, and from the 10th of June to the 31st of July 2022, the minimum stay will be 3 nights. The maximum stay per reservation is set at 7 nights.
 
The Scheme provides for the subsidization of 20 euro per room per diem.
 
For vacation planning throughout beautiful Cyprus, the public can contact the tourist accommodation or agency of their choice directly in order to make a reservation.  
 
The Deputy Ministry of Tourism will not be involved in issues related to prepayment. 
 
Upon their arrival at the tourist establishment, the beneficiaries must provide a document that proves their permanent residence address, as well as complete and sign the relevant form.

- Limassol District and rural areas
- Nicosia District, rural areas and Tilliria area
- Pafos District
