Viande de Chèvre rôtie
(pour 10 personnes)
• 10 morceaux de viande de chèvre
Préparation:

du céleri ou davantage de tomates rouges coupées en grandes tranches.
Légumes farcis
(pour 10 personnes)
• 2 tomates rouges, de taille moyenne
à former des couvercles. Réservez les couvercles. Evidez les légumes. Jetez les graines du poivron et conservez
la chair et les graines de tomates. Coupez les aubergines et les courgettes dans le sens de la longueur et ramassez les graines et la chair.
Ajoutez aux graines et à la chair de tomate et hachez le tout.
Laissez cuire pendant une dizaine de minutes jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit tendre.
garnissez et placez les couvercles sur les poivrons et les tomates. Versez le bouillon restant et rajoutez quelques tomates râpées

Agrelia (Asperges sauvages)
Ingrédients:
(pour 4 personnes)
• 2 bottes d’asperges (300 gr.), pointées et coupées
• 4 oeufs
• ½ tasse d’huile d’olive
• Jus d’un citron
• Sel
• Poivre fraîchement moulu
Préparation:
1. Taillez les queues des asperges et lavez-les soigneusement.
2. Ajoutez l’huile d’olive dans une poêle anti antiadhésive et déposez-y les asperges.
3. Laissez cuire à feu doux en remuant régulièrementpuis ajoutez le sel et le poivre fraîchement moulu.
4. Ajoutez les oeufs battus en omelette aux asperges.
5. Remuez doucement jusqu’à cuisson de l’omelette et ajoutez le jus de citron.
6. Enfin, avant de servir, parsemez d’herbes fraîches, telles qu’origan, menthe et persil.

Medflora Museum Cyprus
The Medflora Museum Cyprus is a thematic museum for the medicinal flora of Cyprus. The Medflora Museum consists of Persephone’s Walk (MedGarden) and Orpheus Herbarium.
The MedGarden is the living part of the Medflora Museum. Taking the MedGarden trail, visitors will enjoy the Persephone’s Walk, a 20 minutes meditative walk through the circular path of a jolly garden. Scents and colors of over 80 medicinal herbs, rustling of leaves, splash of water and birdsongs will make it a delightful and inspiring experience.
The Orpheus Herbarium is an exhibition hall displaying dried or resin cast plant specimens, photos and all sorts of interesting information about the collection of medicinal plants.
Visitors may also visit Medea shop. In Medea visitors will find a wide array of herbal remedies (teas, herbs, tinctures, essential oils, soaps) and special handmade gifts and souvenirs from EcoBio Workshop of the Medflora Museum.
