And deep in the forests, the national animal – the Mouflon – roams freely, with catching a glimpse of this timid, wild sheep a real treat for locals and visitors alike. Exotic and rare forms of wildlife also give Cyprus a special touch. Green and Loggerhead turtles breed on the island’s sandy beaches in summer, while the Mediterranean Seal and dolphins have also been seen swimming in the warm, calm, crystal clear seas of the island. Botanists and herbalists will equally appreciate the island’s green side, with a large number of local herbs and endemic plants, including the Cyprus orchid, tulip and crocus waiting to be stumbled upon along winding nature trails and paths less travelled. From stunning sunrise to breathtaking sunset, the natural allure of Cyprus is both magnificent and inspiring… and all waiting to be uncovered.

Эта «прогулка» дает представление об исторической связи региона Айа-Напа с морем и о том, как совсем еще недавно небольшая рыбацкая деревушка превратилась в шикарный современный курорт. Одновременно, тур дает возможность узнать больше о регионе, и насладиться его природными красотами. Участники едут на хорошо сохранившемся старинном автобусе до парка скульптур, своеобразной галерее под открытым небом с видом на море, где представлены работы более 100 мастеров, которые выставлялись по всему миру. Далее в программе – осмотр близлежащих захватывающих дух морских пещер Айя-Напы и посещение Национального парк мыса Капо Греко. В нескольких минутах ходьбы отсюда находится мост Коракас – место, которое должен увидеть каждый. Это геологическое образование, напоминающее мост или арку над морскими пещерами. Рядом, в северной части мыса Капо Греко, расположилась живописная часовня Агий Анаргири, посвященная Святым Бессребреникам. После перерыва на кофе экскурсия продолжается вдоль побережья и заканчивается на у византийской церкви 15-м века Св. Варвары.

Пешеходная экскурсия по Ларнаке
Пешеходная экскурсия по Ларнаке начинается с осмотра живописного комплекса зданий Колониальной Администрации, построенного в 1919-ом году и ныне охраняемого как памятник архитектуры, затем проходит через знаменитую усаженную пальмами набережную Финикудес, которая является своеобразной визитной карточкой курорта и излюбленным местом для прогулок.
Затем вас ждет прогулка по улочкам старых кварталов с осмотром памятников архитектурного наследия, старого рынка и большой церкви Святого Лазаря, покровителя города.
