Located close to the main strip of the popular tourist resort of Protaras – which is part of the holiday town of Paralimni – the small beach of Kapparis is a relatively secluded strip that can be found at the end of a 1 km track.

It is the furthest beach in the area and boasts fine, golden sands and crystal-clear seawaters.

Landa Beach – Blue Flag

A long stretch that links popular beaches.

Located 4 km west of the centre of the popular tourist resort of Agia Napa, the 400-metre long beach of Landa is situated halfway between the beaches of Nissi Bay and Makronisos.

The large sandy beach has a natural bay and is covered in fine, golden sands, with crystal-clear and calm seawaters. Its name means ‘pond’ in the local dialect.

Facilities on the beach include toilets, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas and water sports facilities. The general area has a variety of accommodation, restaurants and kiosks nearby.

Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October. The beach also offers disabled access, including a special wheelchair at the lifeguard tower to help disabled persons enter the sea with assistance from the lifeguards

A pedestrian path runs along the coast and links the nearby Vathia Gonia beach with Makronisos beach, where the interesting archaeological site of Makronissos Tombs can be easily accessed. There is also a picnic site in the area.

Pantachou Beach – Blue Flag

Agia Napa’s longest beach.

Located east of the harbour of the popular tourist resort, Agia Napa, the 1,2 km long beach of Pantachou is the longest coastal strip in the region, starting from the harbour and stretching all the way to the beach of Glyki Nero.

The long, natural bay is covered in fine, golden sands and its crystal-clear seawaters are relatively calm.

Aside from the opportunity to enjoy a boat trip from the harbour – or simply a stroll to see the pretty, bobbing boats – the beach also links to some of the main attractions of the area, including the Thalassa Agia Napa Municipal Museum (with a sea theme), the Medieval monastery, and the old aqueduct.
