The Department of Contemporary Culture of the Deputy Ministry of Culture and Theater One announce the start of the Summer Screening Marathon 2025, which takes place, like every summer, at the Nicosia “Constantia” Open Air Cinema.
Under the summer sky of the capital and with the nostalgic atmosphere of the open-air cinema, we return on Wednesday, July 9. The Summer Screening Marathon is revived at the “Constantia” Open-air Cinema, one of the most beautiful old cinemas in Nicosia, remaining, for 26 years, one of the most important cinema institutions in the state. The institution is distinguished both in terms of film education and in the upgrading of the social and cultural life of the place.
With the stars and the summer moon in their company, and with a focus on quality, expanding the audience’s film literacy, and entertainment, the viewer will have the opportunity to watch a unique cultural mosaic from all corners of the earth, with films that have won major awards.

Screenings will take place every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from July 9, 2025, until September 7, 2025, at 21:00.
Special screening on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Ticket price: €5.
Ticket sales: At the Konstantia Cinema Theatre on screening days from 19:30 to 21:00.

Reserved tickets will be held until 15 minutes before the screening starts. Phone reservation hours: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
