The label “Theme Parks of Cyprus” aims at establishing the basic characteristics of a contemporary theme park, as well as, at ensuring the quality of the services provided.  Through the introduction of the label and consequently the definition of a minimum of conditions and requirements for theme parks, the DMoT strives to propel the qualitative growth of the particular product.  The main targets are: enriching the tourism product, offering a variety of recreational and educational choices and finally, reinforcing the local communities. Theme Parks are developments whose architecture, design, activities and shows are based on one or more thematic axis.  Moreover, they are environment-friendly and are intended for the entertainment and education of the public.
