Agrelia (Wilder Spargel)

Zutaten:
(für 4 Personen)

• 2 Bund (á 300 g) geschnittener und gewaschener wilder Spargel

• 4 Eier
• ½ Tasse Olivenöl
• Saft einer Zitrone
• Salz
• Frisch gemahlener Pfeffer
• Kräuter nach Wahl (z.B. Oregano, Minze, Petersilie usw.)

Zubereitung:
1. Schneiden Sie die zarten Spargelspitzen ab und waschen Sie sie
2. Erhitzen Sie das Olivenöl in einer beschichteten Pfanne und geben Sie den wilden Spargelspitzen zu
3. Sautieren Sie den Spargelspitzen eine Weile unter ständigem Umrühren bei niedriger Temperatur und
salzen und pfeffern Sie ihn dann
4. Verrühren Sie die Eier leicht und geben Sie sie hinzu
5. Lassen Sie die Eier stocken (wie beim Rührei) und geben Sie dann den Zitronensaft zu
6. Bestreuen Sie das Gericht zuletzt mit frischen, aromatischen Kräutern wie Oregano, Minze und Petersilie

Tipps des Küchenchefs:

• Damit der wilde Spargel nicht bitter schmeckt, können Sie ihn kurz (nur 1 Minute) in heißes Wasser legen, bevor Sie ihn in der
Pfanne sautieren
• Der wilde Spargel kann auch gekocht und in Essig eingelegt (xydato) werden
• In Zypern wächst der wilde Spargel nach den ersten Regenfällen im Herbst und gedeiht dann bis in den Frühling!

The Medflora Museum Cyprus is a thematic museum for the medicinal flora of Cyprus. The Medflora Museum consists of Persephone’s Walk (MedGarden) and Orpheus Herbarium. 
The MedGarden is the living part of the Medflora Museum. Taking the MedGarden trail, visitors will enjoy the Persephone’s Walk, a 20 minutes meditative walk through the circular path of a jolly garden. Scents and colors of over 80 medicinal herbs, rustling of leaves, splash of water and birdsongs will make it a delightful and inspiring experience.
The Orpheus Herbarium is an exhibition hall displaying dried or resin cast plant specimens, photos and all sorts of interesting information about the collection of medicinal plants.
Visitors may also visit Medea shop. In Medea visitors will find a wide array of herbal remedies (teas, herbs, tinctures, essential oils, soaps) and special handmade gifts and souvenirs from EcoBio Workshop of the Medflora Museum.

Geroskipou Laiki Beach is located adjacent the Geroskipou Municipal Beach, in Pafos district.

It is a sandy beach with clean seawaters that are calm and shallow, making it a popular choice for all, including families with children.

Fairytale Museum

The Fairytale Museum is housed in a beautiful old mansion in the heart of Lefkosia (Nicosia).

Its goal is to disseminate the cultural heritage of fairy tales, legends, myths and traditions from Cyprus and from all over the world. The Fairytale Museum arranges narrative tales, thematic exhibitions, educational programs, as well as events and performances based on fairy tales.

The Museum is an extension of the work of the Systemic Cyprus Institute, a Research Centre of theoretical evolution and systemic application. At the museum visitors can learn about the evolution of fairy tales, make their own stories, discover hidden passages, open secret compartments and feel the stories come alive.

Die blaue Flagge – Strand Kampos tou Souliou (Souli)

The quiet and attractive Souli Beach (800 m long) is located in Chrysochous Bay, west of Latchi Port, in Pafos (Paphos) district.

The beach has fine sands, and clean blue green waters. Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds and umbrellas. On the beach there is also a playground, a hotel and some restaurants.

Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October.

Access is easy by foot, bike, bus or car, with car-parking available.
