25th INTERNATIONAL PHAROS CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL – 29.5-6.6.2026
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the International Pharos Chamber Music Festival has firmly established a presence of formidable standing that extends far beyond Cyprus. Twenty-five years on, with hundreds of concerts and the participation of many of the most renowned artists of our time, the Festival has cultivated a clear artistic identity, shaped by consistency of vision and a steadfast commitment to chamber music at the highest level.
At the same time, the Festival remains deeply rooted in its commitment to the wider community, opening the world of classical music to a broader audience and offering transformative educational opportunities to students across the island.
The Festival is held annually at the Royal Manor House of Kouklia – a remarkable testament to Frankish architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage site, a setting closely bound to its identity. This historic venue is adapted into a space where tradition is brought into direct contact with artistic creation. The intimacy of chamber music, performed by some of the finest musicians in the world, combined with the unique atmosphere of the surroundings, has established the International Pharos Chamber Music Festival as a cornerstone of the international classical music calendar and a source of inspiration for all who attend.
For its celebratory 25th anniversary, the International Pharos Chamber Music Festival presents an exceptional breadth of chamber music repertoire and beyond. From 29 May until 4 June, the Festival will offer six chamber concerts at the Royal Manor House in Kouklia, performed by 20 of today’s leading international virtuosos, and will culminate with a spectacular orchestral concert on 6 June at the Pharos Arts Foundation’s open-air venue, The Olive Grove, featuring two of the Festival’s soloists alongside the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra and the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra in a side-by-side performance!
